“2x more strength & shine”
“Containing actual diamond micro-particles,
keratin and panthenol… Instantly infuse hair
with high-gloss shine and exceptional strength”
I love trying products I’ve never heard of before. To be honest, only 10% of all the unknown products I try are even worth mentioning but it’s so worth it when you finally find a gem!
I recently picked up Zoto’s Diamond Shine Moisturizing Shampoo, Conditioner and their Volumizing Mousse at Sally Beauty Supply. It had some decent reviews online and I was itching to try something new.
What I liked -
I’ve been using the three products for a couple weeks now and I’m really liking the results! It is a moisturizing shampoo & conditioner but I didn’t notice a lot of moisture being put into my hair to be honest. However, my hair feels a lot stronger, looks glossier and has a lot more volume! I think the volume is all due to the Volumizing Mousse. I got the Mousse on sale for about $4, what a steal! The mousse works just as well as the expensive brands. The Diamond Shine line has a bunch of products and I’d really like to try the Shine Boost Rinse-Out Glaze next.
What I don’t like –
It was supposed to be a moisturizing shampoo & conditioner and I did not feel those effects at all. A 16 ounce bottle will set you back $7.99, which is a lot to me for such a small amount of product and it not being a name brand. Call me a brand whore, but if I’m spending more than $5 on a bottle of shampoo, I at least want it to be a well known brand.
My hair is normally “stick to my entire head” kind of flat. This is a huge improvement!
User Tip -
I probably won’t buy the shampoo & conditioner again, but the Volumizing Mousse is a must-have!!! I put about 2 golf ball sized amounts of the mousse in my palm, tap my palms together and massage my roots with it and blow dry as normal.
Have you tried Zoto’s Diamond Shine line? If so, did you like it?
